BLQS Consulting is a professional practice of Construction Consultants.

As Quantity Surveyors our primary role is to advise on ways to ascertain, monitor and control both construction costs and time. Secondary roles include the management and administration of construction projects. We can advise at all stages of the design, design development and construction phases.

Our policy is to maintain an up to date working knowledge of the latest building solutions, market conditions and trends. This ensures accurate cost planning to maximize the value of our clients investment return.

The original practice from which BLQS evolved was started in 1984. Today, through 23 years of amalgamations and experience, we have developed into a closely knit practice well qualified to meet the demands and expectations of the property and construction industry.

Architectural, construction, financial and development companies engage our expertise regularly and we are typically required to provide wide ranging service, from tax depreciation advice for individual residential homes to cost planning, administrating and/or project managing multi-million dollar ventures.
